If you do not provide your data, it will not be possible to conclude or fulfil the contract. Once the purpose has been achieved, your data will be deleted immediately, unless we are subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g. UGB, etc.), which make it necessary to retain the data beyond this or unless we are authorised to continue processing on the basis of consent given by you or on the basis of legitimate interests.

We delete the data collected when it is no longer required, unless we are subject to statutory retention obligations that make it necessary to retain the data beyond this or unless we are authorised to continue processing it on the basis of consent given by you or on the basis of legitimate interests.

You may object to the processing if there are grounds relating to your particular situation.

You will need to provide your email address in order to receive this information. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). However, you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. We will delete the data you have provided if it is no longer required or if you withdraw your consent, unless we are subject to statutory retention obligations that require us to retain the data beyond this or unless we are authorised to continue processing it on the basis of consent you have given or on the basis of legitimate interests.
